As 2025 comes to a close and we step into a new year, I find myself reflecting on moments — small, beautiful moments — made possible by your generosity to Helping Hands for Nepal. These are the moments you have given us this year: twins reunited, and with that, the restoration of childhood itself — the simple, precious chance for a child to be a child again.

Your compassion reaches further than you may ever realise. It is there in the steady, loving presence of our friends in Kalikot, who continue to provide a safe home for so many children without parents, and in every spark of hope that has been rekindled along the way.

This past year has shown us what is possible when people like you refuse to look away. You have stood alongside Nepal’s most vulnerable children, and that support means more than words can express. As we move forward into the year ahead, we hope you are carrying the warmth of a wonderful Christmas and the knowledge that your kindness has changed lives in ways both seen and unseen.
