Our 2022 Visit and projects involved the Helping Hands for Nepal Team spending two weeks in Nepal visiting three schools, improving their learning environment and providing stationery and warm coats.

We also enjoyed sightseeing in Kathmandu and the surrounding area, learning about the fascinating culture of the Nepalese people, their religion, their history and, of course, the delicious food.

2022 Visit and Projects

We enjoyed the hospitality of the teachers and students, learnt Nepalese dances and taught some of their lessons, music, dance, English and more. We painted classrooms and provided a baseball court.

One of our most important contributions was a health check for all the students. The doctors saw each child and medicine was issued where necessary. Each child was weighed and their height checked.
